A True Friendship

They said there are some rules of life to make your friendship long lasting, and one of the rules is :
Never date your best friend's ex.

Is it right?

There is my very very closest friend since i was a teenager, we've been friends almost 15years until now. She has been laugh and cry with me. She is the one who loves me as the way i am. The one that accepts my strange and all my quirky things about me. The one who knows me inside and out. She is the one who's seen me at my worst, and keep said that i was the best. She is the one who fought for and defended me even when she knew i was wrong.
She is the one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.

Well, a year ago she came to me, saying sorry and so on, and finally she revealed that she has been dating my ex boy friend since a couple months ago. She was a bit embarrased, feeling a bit guilty, and having like "Hello, like-there-is-no-one-else-in-this-world-that-you-can-falling-in-love-with-except-your-best-friend's-ex"-reaction kind of thing.
But my very first respons is : Too bad that she feeling that way :(
At least i know that he such a good guy, he is a guy that will always look after of his lover, someone that can be reliable, and i can really believe that he would take a really good care of my very dearest friend for the rest of his life.
So i said to her : Dont worry about me, i've found my true love already, now dont hesitate to found yours!

For me, God has his own way. The relationship wasnt work between me and him long time ago, but maybe its because God knows that that they are made for each other, that his really true love is her, my best friend.
Right?
And here i am, woke up in the early morning, put some natural make up on, doing a simple hair do by my self, and driving across the city with my Hubby and baby for supporting them in their special day : their engagement day. Where the other guests are their closest family members, and me and my other best friend are the only two outside guests.

The true is, i really happy for them both. Wishing them all the best with the engagement and beyond. Lots of love.

Cant wait for their wedding day in a few months!
